Cake Flavours

All our cakes are freshly home made to order using the finest ingredients, including free range eggs, real butter and fruit preserves. Our sponges are covered in a layer of white Belgian chocolate ganache and then finished with the finest Swiss fondant, while our fruit cake is covered in marzipan and then finished with fondant.

Our sponge cakes all contain three even layers of cake sandwiched with two generous layers of  filling, so they look exquisite when cut and taste delicious.
